If you're looking for a little more of a challenge and to dig deeper into you goals, our 60-Minutes Personal Training sessions are perfect for you. The extra 15 minutes will allow you to push your body to the next level, while also giving you and your Trainer time to focus on more basic range of motion and balance exercises for a well-rounded fitness experience.

Drop-in, non-commitment options are also available. Call the studio at (330) 690-4845 to speak with a Member Consultant for more information and pricing. 

** Personal Training Memberships require a 3-month commitment and are paid for on a monthly basis, in advance. It is up to the client to schedule paid for sessions within the month of their billing cycle. Unused personal training do not roll over. Standard membership freezing and canceling rules apply.
