Our Teacher Training is a skillfully designed immersion program consisting of practice, lecture, group and self-study. We believe people work and learn best in an interactive environment, so be prepared to do a little yoga every time we meet. We will cover topics like teaching formulas, postures, anatomy, yoga history and philosophy.

During your time in Teacher Training, you will be able to take advantage of many perks that will elevate your experience and are only available to our Teacher Training students.
