Hey! I'm Giovanna. In this photo, I’m with my daughter, Teagan—the reason behind so much of what I do. I built Rogue Awakening to be the kind of environment I want her to grow up around: strong, powerful, empowering, and deeply supportive. I saw a need for a space where everyone—whether it’s your first class or your thousandth—feels successful and welcome. Fitness should be fun and uplifting, not a place where shame or intimidation exists.
I also knew the body thrives on variety. Doing the same workout over and over left me worn out, plateaued, and frustrated. So I created a space that blends yoga, yoga strength, Pilates, and strength training—giving our members (and myself) the results we’re looking for, while building a community we’re proud to be part of.
