You’ll explore functional vs. dysfunctional movement patterns, then focus on building a strong foundation starting from the feet. The afternoon includes hands-on practice with FRC® and Kinstretch® techniques, including CARs, PAILs, and RAILs, followed by guidance on creating effective mobility programs and setting up for your final presentation.

We’ll start with a quick recap and Q&A before moving into a full-body mobility workshop. After lunch, you’ll dive into advanced techniques and practices, then apply them through real-world case studies. The afternoon wraps up with group discussion, practical application for your final presentations, and concludes with final presentations and certification.

In addition to the 13 hours of in-studio learning, two additional hours of observation is required to receive your certification. Please look at the studio schedule and choose two Total Moby Mobility workshops to attend. Class may be with any teacher.
