WHAT IS A POWERFORMER?

It’s your new favorite machine—trust us. The PowerFormer is a custom-designed, state-of-the-art machine (inspired by the reformer) built to deliver full-body, low-impact results that you’ll feel and see. Using adjustable resistance and a moving carriage, it fires up your muscles with slow, controlled movements that build strength, stability, and serious tone. And because this is Rogue Awakening—we’ve taken it way beyond the traditional style, adding our signature sculpt, sweat, and Rogue energy.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A POWERFORMER CLASS, AND HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLASSES YOU OFFER?

Think shake, sweat, sculpt. You’ll be working against spring-loaded resistance to challenge your full body—while staying low impact. PowerFormer will push your stability, core control, and strength like nothing else in the studio. It’s a Rogue twist on reformer Pilates—with more intensity and more fun. These classes are not heated—but yes, you’ll still sweat (and yes, we’ll still have cold towels waiting).

WHAT TYPES OF CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED WITH THE POWERFORMER?

Two ways to get that Rogue Awakening burn:

1. PowerFormer Solo: Slow, controlled, strength-focused training on the machine—perfect for mindful movement, full-body sculpting, and that Rogue burn you love.

2. PowerFormer Circuit: Move between PowerFormer and various strength exercises for a high-energy, circuit-style workout that combines cardio, sculpt, and Rogue Awakening sweat.

→ Both will help you build tone, mobility, and badass strength—and both are addictively fun.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO TAKE A POWERFORMER CLASS?

Absolutely not! Whether it’s your first time or your 500th class, we’ve got you. Our expert instructors will guide you every step of the way and make sure you feel safe and confident on the machine. Day 1, Day 100—you’ll feel empowered every time you walk out of class.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POWERFORMERS AND TRADITIONAL REFORMER PILATES?

This is Rogue Awakening style—meaning it’s more intense and built for serious full-body conditioning. Where Pilates stays slow and small, PowerFormer adds strength, sweat, and Rogue Awakening edge. It’s reformer-inspired—but bolder, spicier, and more fun.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A POWERFORMER CLASS?

1–3x per week is ideal—mix it in with your yoga and strength days for best results. The variety will help you challenge muscles in new ways, keep things fun, and avoid burnout. Plus, it’s a killer complement to every other format we offer.

WHEN WILL THESE CLASSES BE OFFERED?

We’re starting with morning + evening options, and building from there! The sooner you get on the schedule, the more we’ll tailor class times to fit your life. (Translation: Be one of the first—we’ll listen!)

WHAT WILL THE POWERFORMER CLASS SIZES BE?

Small. Personal. Powerful. These will be small-group classes on purpose so you’ll get personal attention, better form, and max results. PowerFormer Solo classes will hold 6 and PowerFormer Circuit classes will hold 12. Spots will fill fast—so jump in early and secure yours.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING FOR CLASS?

Just yourself, a positive attitude—and sticky socks (grip socks required!). If you have a fave pair, bring them. If not, we’ve got cute ones at the studio. We’ll take care of the rest: towels, equipment, good vibes, and cool towels post-class.

WHEN ARE THE POWERFORMERS COMING?

Machines are in production NOW! Arriving in September, with classes launching Fall after instructor training. First buyers = first invited to demo and early access classes. → If you want in, grab your pre-sale spot!
