STRONG & SUPPORTED

OBJECTIVE

Strong & Supported is a 6-week prenatal yoga and education series designed to help expecting mothers feel confident, informed, and supported throughout pregnancy. Each week includes a prenatal yoga class focused on breath, gentle movement, strength, and relaxation to support the changing body and deepen connection with your baby. The series also includes two expert-led workshops: a Pelvic Health & Preparation workshop with a pelvic floor physical therapist to help you understand and prepare your body for birth and recovery, and an Emotional Resilience & Calm workshop led by a licensed mental health professional offering tools for mindfulness, stress relief, and emotional support during pregnancy.

 

This series is more than a yoga class. It is a supportive experience designed to help you feel strong, prepared, and connected during this important season.​

Foundations: Ground & Connect

Settle in with gentle movement, intentional breath, and space to connect with your body, your baby, and the group.

Pelvic Health & Preparation

Enjoy a pelvic-floor-centric class, followed by a workshop with a pelvic floor therapist to build confidence and awareness.

Release & Relaxation

Slow down with gentle stretches and restorative poses designed to ease tension and calm the nervous system.

Emotional Resilience & Calm

Explore breathwork and mindfulness for emotional support. A mental-health workshop lead by a therapist follows class.

Strength & Support

Build stability and strength in a way that supports your changing body and helps you feel confident and capable.

Integration & Celebration

Bring everything together with a supportive, celebratory class that honors your journey.
