As we embark on this journey together, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge something incredibly important: your dedication. If you’re here, it means that you value your health and wellness. You are someone who holds their goals in the highest regard and is willing to get uncomfortable in order to grow.

I also wanted to take a moment to introduce myself—hi! I’m Josie. Most of you know me as a yoga instructor and personal trainer, but I wear many hats: student, teacher, content creator, pet mom, sister, friend—you get the idea. 😉 One of my favorite hats, though, is that of a Health and Wellness Coach.
As a Health and Wellness Coach, alongside a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology (and a Master’s in progress!), I’m proud to be trained through two leading organizations: the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Mayo Clinic. These experiences allow me to craft intentional programs like the 75 Rogue Challenge to motivate, educate, and empower you to make meaningful progress.
But enough about me. Let’s get to the real star of the show: YOU!
You’ve made the incredible decision to embark on a 75-day wellness journey. WOW! How are you feeling? I bet there’s a mix of excitement and maybe a little overwhelm. Whether this is your first time or a repeat practice, the start of something new can be a little bit of both.
I’m here to keep the excitement high and give the overwhelm a place to dissipate. So, let’s take a deep breath together, settle in, and dive into these next 75 days of health and wellness! We’ve got this!
To set you up for success, here’s what to expect:
Intention-Setting and Goal-Setting (Week 1): This first week is all about defining your personalized goals for movement, mindfulness, and nutrition—so you can create a roadmap for success. This page is already up, so you can use it as you craft your habits/goals for this year!

Daily Texts: A little dose of inspiration and reminders to help you stick to your goals every day.
