Welcome to Rogue Awakening—we’re so glad you’re here. This is more than just a place to take fitness or yoga classes. It’s a space to build strength, feel good in your mind and body, and show up for yourself in a meaningful way. Whether you're here for a workout, some quiet time on your mat, or to connect with a like-minded community, Rogue Awakening is here to support your journey.


Day 1 is all about intention. Why are you showing up to your health and fitness journey? What do you want to feel, shift, or discover in your body and your life? Whether your goal is to build strength, gain clarity, restore balance, or simply create the habit of showing up for yourself—your intention is the anchor that brings meaning to every workout, every yoga class, every stretch, and every breath.


How to Set Your Wellness Intention:

  • Take a moment to pause and take a deep breath.

  • Think about what your body and mind really need right now.

  • Ask yourself: What do I want to focus on over the next seven days?

    (Examples: energy, confidence, discipline, calm, consistency, strength.)


Write it down—whether in a journal, your phone, or on a sticky note. Say it out loud at the start of each day, before your next workout and as you take on your daily tasks. Let it serve as a reminder as you move through each class, rep, or step forward.


This is the start of your 7-day wellness reset—driven by intention, backed by community, and built around what matters most to you.
