Once your scan is complete, you’ll receive a printed sheet with your results. Our second video walks you through everything on your InBody sheet, explaining what the numbers mean and how you can use them to track your progress, set goals, and adjust your training and nutrition.
How to Prepare for Your InBody Scan
To get the most accurate results from your InBody scan, follow these simple tips:

Hydrate, But Don’t Overdo It – Drink water throughout the day, but avoid excessive fluids right before your scan.

Avoid Eating a Large Meal – Try not to eat a heavy meal within 2–3 hours of your scan.

Skip Intense Exercise Immediately Before – Strenuous workouts within an hour of your scan can temporarily affect your results.

Remove Shoes and Socks – The scan requires bare feet to measure body composition accurately.

Minimal Metal Accessories – Remove jewelry, watches, and belts if possible.

Consistent Timing – For tracking progress, try to scan at the same time of day under similar conditions each time.
