Get Ready!
Arriving On Time
Make sure you arrive to the studio about 10-15 minutes before your first class! This way we can show you around, and make you feel comfortable before class starts. This will also help you feel confident and ready for your first PowerFormer class!
Bring A Pair of Sticky Socks
You’ll need a pair of sticky socks for all PowerFormer classes. Don’t have any? No problem! We’ve got cute Rogue-branded socks available for purchase when you arrive. (Socks arrive at the studio on November 17th!)
Fill Out Your Forms
Your Rogue Awakening app will prompt you to sign your Liability Waivers when you go to book class for the first time. Make sure this is completed prior to your arrival so you have a smooth and easy check in!
What To Wear
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! Since PowerFormer is a high-intensity, full-body workout, tighter-fitting clothes usually work best. Avoid anything too loose that could get in the way during your movements.
Stay Hydrated
Hydration is essential to overall wellbeing, but especially in the heat. Bring a water bottle and fill it at our filtered refill station located in the lobby.
Download The App
Download our app in your app store to make your check-in process easy. You'll also be able to use this to book more classes after your first visit!
** Our PowerFormer classes have a 6-hour cancellation policy. A “Late Cancel” charge of $15 will apply if a booking is canceled outside of these guidelines, and a “No Show” charge of $20 will be incurred if a booking is not canceled and you do not attend class. **
