Think shake, sweat, sculpt. You’ll be working against spring-loaded resistance to challenge your full body—while staying low-impact. PowerFormer will push your stability, core control, and strength like nothing else in the studio. It’s a Rogue twist on reformer Pilates—with more intensity and more fun.

PowerFormer kicks off with a full-body dynamic warm-up to get your muscles and joints primed for reformer action! Your instructor will then guide you through a high-intensity, low-impact workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and challenge your entire body. Get ready to shake, pulse, hold, and discover your strongest self. These classes are high-energy, full of precision, and guaranteed to leave you feeling powerful.

You’ll finish with a full-body cool down and stretch to kickstart your recovery — and yes, you’ll be rewarded with a cold towel for all your hard work.

These classes are non-heated, and the room is kept between 68-72 degrees. Don’t worry, we can still guarantee you’ll break a sweat! Be sure to grab a towel from the front desk before class.

What To Bring

Bring your sticky socks (available for purchase at the studio if you don’t have a pair), water, and your best energy. Sweat towels are available for your complementary use during every visit. We can help you gather the items you need at the front desk!
