DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO TAKE A SCULPTFORMER CLASS?
HOT OFTEN SHOULD I TAKE A SCULPTFORMER CLASS?
For best results, we recommend incorporating SculptFormer into your routine 1–3 times per week. It’s an amazing complement to your Rogue Awakening yoga and strength schedule. Alternating formats allows you to challenge your muscles in new ways, avoid plateaus, and keep your workouts feeling fresh and effective. Here is how we recommend using the studio for the best results:
OPTION ONE - Hit each class type the recommended amount of times each week.
1x SGPT: Upper Body Push
1x SGPT: Upper Body Pull
1x SGPT: Glutes and Hamstrings
1x SGPT: Quads and Calves
2x Power Sculpt, Express Strength, SculptFormer Solo or SculptFormer Circuit
1-3x Deep Stretch, Hot Power Yoga, Pre & Postnatal, Aerial Yoga or Relax & Restore
OR
OPTION TWO - Split your effort into two weeks to incorporate more class variety.
Week One:
1x SGPT: Upper Body Push
1x SGPT: Glutes and Hamstrings
1-2x Power Sculpt or Express Strength
1-2x SculptFormer Solo or SculptFormer Circuit
2-3x Deep Stretch, Hot Power Yoga, Pre & Postnatal, Aerial Yoga or Relax & Restore
Week Two:

WHEN WILL THESE CLASSES BE OFFERED?
We’ll start with a set schedule, offering classes morning and evening, so you can get familiar with the format and find your flow—but as demand grows, so will the class options! The earlier you jump in, the more likely you are to influence future time slots. SculptFormer is here to stay, and we’re committed to making it accessible for every schedule.
