The CDC recommends 150-minutes of moderate aerobic activity every week, which breaks down to just 30-minutes of activity, 5 times a week. At Rogue Awakening, we know it can be difficult to prioritize and fit in daily workouts, so we are here to motivate you and hold you accountable. You're in and out within 30-minutes, ready to go on with the rest of your day. Your workout will be over before you know it, and you can leave the studio feeling accomplished! 

** Personal Training Memberships require a 3-month commitment and are paid for on a monthly basis, in advance. It is up to the client to schedule paid for sessions within the month of their billing cycle. Unused personal training do not roll over. Standard membership freezing and canceling rules apply.
