Do not eat for 3-4 hours before testing

Do not exercise for 6-12 hours before testing

Do not drink caffeine on the day of testing

Do not shower or sauna directly before

Be well hydrated by drinking plenty of water the day before

Avoid testing if you are pregnant and/or have a pacemaker or other internal electronic device
April 1 - April 7, arrive for class 15-20 minutes early to complete your body scan.
