Prep For Your Body Scan

  • Do not eat for 3-4 hours before testing
  • Do not exercise for 6-12 hours before testing
  • Do not drink caffeine on the day of testing
  • Do not shower or sauna directly before 
  • Be well hydrated by drinking plenty of water the day before
  • Avoid testing if you are pregnant and/or have a pacemaker or other internal electronic device

April 1 - April 7, arrive for class 15-20 minutes early to complete your body scan.
