Hey there! I’m Andrea and I am so excited to be a part of the Rogue Awakening team! ⁣

Movement has always been so important to me and I love finding new ways to challenge my body. I fell in love with yoga in my late 20’s and it woke an incredible passion in me. I felt more in control of my myself and my life than ever before after taking teacher training. I am now E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 with an intense love for teaching and practicing power yoga and arm balances + inversions - and thrilled to be adding Power Sculpt to that list!⁣

I already love this studio so much, and instantly fell in love with the staff, classes, and community the moment I walked in the door for my first power sculpt class. I knew I had to be a part of it and I can’t wait to see it grow to its fullest potential!
