We have found that 45-minute Personal Training sessions hit a sweet spot with our clients - they're not too long but they're also not too short. Arrive about 5-minutes early for your training session to warm up on one of our various cardio machines. From there, your trainer will coach you through a workout that they have put together specifically for you, your needs, and your  goals.

Drop-in, non-commitment options are also available. Call the studio at (330) 690-4845 to speak with a Member Consultant for more information and pricing. 

** Personal Training Memberships require a 3-month commitment and are paid for on a monthly basis, in advance. It is up to the client to schedule paid for sessions within the month of their billing cycle. Unused personal training do not roll over. Standard membership freezing and canceling rules apply.
